Nahla Boury is the founder and president of Boury Global Energy Consultants Ltd.(BouryGEC).
Prior to establishing BouryGEC, she held the positions of an Engineering Manager (2011), Vice President of Engineering (2012), and President of DeGolyer and MacNaughton Canada Limited (DMCL) (2014) until the closure of its offices in Calgary (2017).
Ms. Boury has been responsible for evaluating hundreds of reservoirs worldwide. In recent years, Ms. Boury has performed appraisal and reservoir studies in Canada, the United States, Central America,South America, Albania, North Africa, China, Oman, Pakistan, and Yemen.
Ms. Boury is a registered professional engineer and an active member with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. A member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), United Nations Commission for Europe (UNECE), United Nation Framework classification (UNFC), The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).
